Oh dear me. I'm sick, but not so sick that I don't want several pieces of this cake. I think the cherry pie filling sounds yummy. You're killing me with this cake. I don't think I could bring myself to go through the hassle of making it, but I may be forced. Can't get it out of my head. I'll send Will over to see this.
I am here and honey that looks fabulous! I never bother with anything other than canned cherry pie filling. I don't think I have ever had anything else. I have a few questions about the recipe, but I need to go back and read the post carefully before asking questions that are revealed in the post. Looks, so good!
Almost all of the cheesecake recipes that I have call for cooking in a water bath or with a pan of water in the oven. Do you not have any problems with cracking? Also, what about the whipped egg whites? does that create a less dense cake? Very curious. I like a titch of cinnamon in my crust, not much 1/8th teaspoon.

Yum!!! I'm on my way over to join you. This looks soooo good. Cherry is my favorite.
Totally Gorgeous and ever-so-yummy. Too bad it is probably all gone, oh, and I'd have to drive hundreds of miles for a slice.
