I'm still here - but with a COMBO! Jingle Belles #JB2409 & JB2410

 Yes, I'm still here but by the skin of my teeth.  Real life gets in my way a lot and takes me away from making cards. This time included a non-vacation type trip away but now I'm back and making up for it. It's a Jingle Belles two-fer kids!

 Since I didn't get to make a card featuring Santa for JB2409, I decided to combine it with the current cardstock only challenge JB2410. So fun I made two cards which I like to think absolves me of my tardiness. (yes, I'm joking).

For the Santa HoHoHo card I stamped the Heidi Swapp Santa from the Christmas Fun set in a pattern to create my own patterned paper. The hohoho were cut using my ancient Quckutz Studio alpha dies - classic typefaces don't go outta style right? Makes a very C&S card

Next card, I created my background using another Heidi Swapp set called Merry Little Christmas - I just love that candy cane stamp and it was very easy to create a pattern with it. I think one could create endless combinations with that stamp alone. I also stamped a tiny tag with another candy cane stamp from the aforementioned Christmas Fun set. The tag die is from Sizzix. The red banner die and the alpha dies are from Papertrey Ink. Finally, the gingerbread boy die is  Sizzix and I used a Posca pen to draw in a face 

I did have a lot of fun with this challenge and I am very glad I was able to make up for last time. I hated missing out on the last challenge. Thanks for stopping by and looking. 

Challenge Get Well card

Hi friends... yes... another post this week! Crazy I know... but lets go with it!
I was watching a Sandy Allnock video and her accompanying post linked to another blog called Understand Blue. On that blog there was a giveaway for some Inktense Pencils. Well I don't always jump on these giveaways (I'm like... I'll never win) but this one had an interesting requirement for the giveaway - to send a get well card to the Costco greeter at the blog writers (Lydia) local store. I thought I love that idea! I may not win any pencils (probably not) but I can do my good deed for the day. (I like to score some points with the big Guy each day. It can't hurt.)
I am in a bit of time crunch - just tons of things to do today - so I kept it simple. I found this bandaid stamp (i think its Stampendous or Judikins but don't hold me to it) in my stash and added some Purple Onion Designs alphabet stamps; colored with Copics. And if you're a long time follower you may recognize this card is a lot like a card I did waaaaaay back in 2008. Heck it was so long ago it took me a while to find it - I'd posted it on Splitcoaststampers. I must say I don't know what I was thinking when I made that one - I like this one better. I hope it makes Alex smile.

More Valentines - I love you more than.....

Hi there friends. I said I'd be back with a few more Valentines. These were for my husband and two kids. "I love you more than...." seemed to be my theme for this year.
First one - for the husband - lover of maps, stars, space etc. I couldn't find a sentiment I wanted so I just wrote it myself. I just stamped the PTI Star Gazer Additions stamp with Versamark, clear embossed it and went to town with four different inks.
He liked it.

Next up - the card for my son. I was here in my craft room, looking for something (and I honestly can't remember what that was now....) and I came upon a box filled with diecuts (the premade kind available way back when...). I saw this pizza die cut that I'd originally purchased to put on a scrapbook page about this very same child. I decided why not just use it already! So I glued all those pieces together, embossed some white cardstock with a stylus- to create a napkin - and put that on a cardbase covered in some PTI Pure Poppy gingham patterned paper.  I just printed out the sentiment on my computer.
Suffice it to say this child loves his pizza - he comes by it honestly - pizza is in our blood.


And finally, a valentine for my daughter. This kid was not originally a coffee fan - but somewhere along the line, in high school as I recall, she decided she liked coffee. And often times we both can be found, oh around 4pm, gathered around our Keurig, brewing ourselves a cup. I have been on a Silhouette kick lately - trying to use it as much as possible - learning still what it can do after 2 years. I saw this print & cut coffee cup in the Silhouette store. Printed & cut same, added a computer generated sentiment (inside it says "and that's a lot"). She laughed when she saw it - saying something to the effect - well that IS  alot. Everyone knows I love my coffee.
But I love these three more (more than the stars in the sky, more than pizza and more than coffee).
Hope you had a lovely Valentine's Day. My husband and I had just the nicest time - went to the movies (The Imitation Game - such a good movie!) and out to dinner. This was our 33rd Valentine's Day together. I think it's fair to say it was our best ever. :-)

The 11th Annual Valentine Rakarama

Good Morning Friends. Yes it is that time of year - time for my 11th Annual Valentine Rakarama. What is that you say? Well it's when I send Valentines to my crafty friends (and a few non-crafty ones). I heard the term "Gal-en-tines" recently and that sums it up nicely. Valentines for girlfriends. Honestly I need very little excuse to send a card - but Valentine's Day is probably my favorite. I've got most of my previous Rakarama's tagged in the column to your right if you're interested in years previous. In past years, I have challenged myself to make each Valentine different. Last year I made them all the same and this is what I chose to do gain this year. I made 25 of these. Yes, I think I need my head examined some days. The initial idea came to me when Papertrey Ink introduced a stamp set in December. It's called Love You To Pieces. While that main set is quite nice, it was the Additions version that caught my eye. It had that sentiment - love you to pieces - in it. And I thought of pieces as puzzle pieces. I have some Quickutz puzzle piece dies I thought I would use for the cards. Fast forward to middle/end of January and I decided I really wanted entire puzzles to be included in the card. (this is how these simple ideas evolve into a little bit of crazy).

Life got busy and I wasn't able to begin my valentines until Monday... yes.. this week. I worked on them on Monday and Tuesday and had them all in the mail on Wednesday. I created the puzzles on my Silhouette Portrait. I used the print & cut feature - printing out hearts that I filled with a pattern. I stamped them all with an old sentiment stamp from StampinUp that I love. Then I returned the whole thing to my Silhouette to cut out the puzzles. (The pic I've included here shows the first go around when I stamped after I cut the puzzles.) It worked like a charm. I'd never used the print & cut feature before but it couldn't have been easier.

I put the puzzle pieces in glassine envelopes I'd gotten from PTI. I sealed those envelopes with stickers I also made on my Silhouette. I used PTI Sticker Paper and did that print & cut again - just created small hearts with the words "open here" - printed and cut them out. I did stamp the wee chevron patterns on each one using PTI's Bitty Blocks II. I tied on some PTI Rustic Cream twine (that took longer than anything I did on ese cards!).The rest of the card was a bit simpler. I stamped and embossed (PTI White Filigree EP) the tiny hearts onto vellum using PTI's Background Basics: Hearts. Attached that to the background cardstock and topped it with a heart doily I bought at Michaels. The bag o'puzzle pieces was attached then and finally I added the heart (also cut on the Silhouette) which I stamped with that cute sentiment (love you to pieces) which started this whole thing!

I'm really pleaseD with how they came out if I do say so myself. It's very "Valentine" and that's what I was shooting for.

Papertrey 8th Anniversary Challenge

Hi friends. I've been gone for a short bit I know. The husband and I took a little trip up to NYC last weekend and since then I've been playing catchup (ketchup? yea that too). I have also been doing a bit of scrapbooking. Perhaps I'll share that soon.
Anyway it's that time of year again - Papertrey Ink's Anniversary celebration and that always includes tons of challenges which are always great fun, don't you agree?
As I said I've been scrapbooking and playing with all manner of supplies and techniques I hadn't done in years. Which brings me to my entry into the first challenge over at the PTI blog. (You were wondering when I'd get to that huh?) The challenge is to use inspiration cards (sketches and color schemes) to come up with a card.  My card is loosely based on this sketch. My colors are loosely based on two of the color schemes. I think the inspiration cards are just that right? Used for inspiration. okay....

I decided on using the Friendship Jar Spring Fillers stamp set - I wanted to use those conversation hearts. But first I wanted to create a bit of a background - using the Background Basics: Hearts. I created a mask  & a template using the PTI jar die. I adhered the mask then stamped in the BB: Hearts with Versamark. I peeled up my mask then used the template to mark off where the jar would go. Then inside that area I stamped the conversation hearts. I colored those with prismacolor pencils and mineral spirits. Then went back in and stamped the words. Then I took a Copic Marker (Dull Ivory E43) and colored in my jar. I went back over that with a line drawing (since I don't have the Jar Stamp) using probably my new favorite pen - a Pilot G-TEC-C4.
Then I went back to those background hearts and used some chalk to color those in (the chalk sticks to the Versamark - an old technique but a fun one!)
Finally I cut a tag using the Tiny Tags die and stamped it with one of those little conversation stamps. Then I poked some holes into my card to tie the tag on with some Rustic Cream twine.
I gotta say I had such a good time with this. I hadn't been drawing in way too long and as much as I love my Copics I adore my Prismacolor pencils.

Year of Cards: September

 Hey there - I'm trying to catch up and post things but there doesn't seem to be enough time in the day.

Anyway...

I have been stamping like crazy for my Year of Cards gifts for Christmas. I came up with September's edition maybe a week or two ago but just sat down yesterday to get them all stamped and assembled.

When I was making September I thought I'd use some burlap I had on hand but it just wasn't working. So I went to Michael's where I found this lovely burlap wired ribbon which I think worked perfectly.

I wish the picture accurately reflected the shine of the ink. I used a Colorbox Copper ink. It's pretty. Really pretty stamped on this Enchanted Evening (PTI) cardstock. The combo is very "autumn" to me. I was worried I wouldn't get through all the cards as the ink pad seemed like it was drying up and (gasp) I have no reinker for it.

(For the record, I pretty much make it a rule to buy a reinker when I purchase ink pads. Getting reinkers later is often problematic - which is why I made that little rule in the first place! LOL But I think this Copper Ink pad purchase was pre-rule ;-)) But I made it through 9 cards and there may just be life in that ink pad yet! (and the reinker is in my Amazon cart as we speak)

The leaf stamps and die are from Papertrey Ink's Leaf Prints set (oh how I love this stamp set!)

and the sentiment (3 different stamps) is from Birthday Classics: September (is that not the prettiest font for the word September? - yes, it is.).

I edged the diecut leaf in the copper ink as well.

If you're keeping track - yes, I still have the months of May and October to do (and of course November, December and January). May is on the drawing table half-stamped. October is sort of sketched out.  And I've got ideas floating around in my head for packaging. But hey it's only October right? I've got a little bit of time.

Happy Birthday Sprinkle

Yes I've been busy and too busy to blog. But I have been making things whilst having new appliances installed, taking extensive car trips to weddings in far off states, and various and sundry other adventures. I've also been taking an online card class - playing with Copic markers. All very fun but occupying every spare moment. I thought I'd jump on here to share a card I made recently using that Papertrey Ink Shakers & Sprinkles kit. I'm a little in love with the stamps and the dies and the wonderful papers in the kit. For this card I combined it with the PTI Cupcake Collection. I decorated the cupcake with some "sprinkles" (glue pen with glitter) and cut out the word "Sprinkles" using some of my beloved Doodlebug sugar coated cardstock. It certainly adds a wonderful bit of sparkle - so "birthday" dontcha think?

Year of Cards: June

If you've been following along with my progress on the Year of Cards gifts, you may have noticed I'm not making the cards in any particular order. I look at the Papertrey Ink Birthday Classics stamp sets I've gotten thus far and pick a month at random - whatever I'm feeling like at the moment. I had been holding off on June's edition til now just because I knew exactly what I wanted to make. (It would be quick and easy and I could hold off til I had 5 or so months already completed was my reasoning.)

When the June set came out it was released with another stamp set called Summer Sweetness. I've used that set a lot since I got it. I just love the popsicles!

Anyway, Nichole Heady had created an adorable card with both sets as well as the Background Basics: Super Chevron set. And that's what I'm recreating here. I don't often recreate cards by others stamp for stamp, but this one was just perfect: it was simply designed, quick to execute and bright & happy.

I did make some changes - the color schemes - I wanted to try out all kinds of combos.
And I wanted to usethe Sugar Coated cardstock by Doodlebug for the popsicles. It adds a lot to the card I think.
And finally I used the Linen & Canvas Impression plate on the background cardstock. Just a nice little added detail.

 

 
Here's a pic of all the cards so you can see - none are exactly the same. I kinda like that. (Kind of like my Valentine Rak-a-rama cards - the snowflake effect - no two are the same.)

Okay - I'm moving on to May next. After that I'll probably be going in order: September through January. And finally fill the boxes with all the cards and come up with some kind of labeling. Should be fun. Stay tuned and thanks for stopping by!

Sprinkles Birthday

 When this Make it Market Kit from Papertrey Ink (called Shakers & Sprinkles) went on sale - I was in Italy. When we got back from our trip and I saw it - my initial thought was - darn! But it took me about a second to say to myself - hey you were in Italy... ITALY. You are a lucky girl. If I was supposed to have this kit - I woulda had it. And, I got to go to Italy. Nuff said right?
Well there was such an overwhelming demand for this kit - they made more. And long story short - I caved. I mean how can you resist that word "Sprinkles" (not to mention the other dies in this kit. It's a wonderland of dies I tell you. And to a die-cutting fan like myself - it is a little bit of heaven).
Another wonderful thing in this kit (there are so many) is the little confetti stamps. Oh be still my heart. So stinkin cute it should be illegal.
And when I had the chance finally to get to use the kit - to make a birthday card for just the sweetest friend on the PTI board - Little Mabel (yes that be you Sandy!) - I jumped on it. I really wanted to do a shaker card (what the kit is all about to be sure) but my moments were limited and I wanted to get the card to her on time. (The kit does make the shaker a much more doable thing for sure but I really have to sit down and take my time - and that wasn't happening in the last week and a half).  For the sparkly Sprinkles die cut word I used some Doodlebug Sugar Coated cardstock - omg - that stuff is just awesome. So easy to use and fabulous results. No mess just cuteness! I added this side view photo so you could see the word die closer (I actually cut 3 or 4 out of white cardstock to get a little thicker and more stable die cut) and when i was done stamping and assembling I decided to throw on a few clear sequins to add to the sparkle.

Birthday Buddies (Part 2)

Sorry I didn't get back here yesterday. Spent the day waiting for the new refrigerator that NEVER came. Oh now that is a story you will not believe. For another day when there is no longer steam coming from my head :-)
So where did I leave off - oh yeah Birthday Buddies. I am happy to report that the birthday corsage seemed to go over well - it was worn proudly and couldn't have made me smile more. Amy - if you're reading this - you're a sweetie (but then we know that don't we!)
Ok so my second birthday buddy - well she's such a dear that she has a slew of friends. One of whom got us all together to make a special birthday book for her. Literally friends from all over the world contributed to this gift. Everyone created pages to be put into book form. Quite a collaboration - but then she is quite a special woman. So my contribution was something like a shaker card that opened.

Since this friend is known for her beading I felt compelled to create a shaker card with beads. It was quite a sparkly affair.
And how can someone not enjoy a shaker card, I ask you?

I'm baaaack..... and a thank you

I've been on a little vacation - at the beach house in Delaware. And it was wonderful. Family and beach, good food, games - a truly wonderful time. But I gotta admit I was ready to come home. I missed my house and my kitties.
Speaking of kitties - they don't do beach. But they have the best time with our neighbor - well actually she comes to them LOL. She's the best kid and the best kitty sitter ever. She loves to play with them and I always feel they are in good hands while we're away.
So they (I LOL) made her a card. To say thank you. The kitties (Westley and Willie) also love to stamp so they hauled out my stamps, inks, cardstock. The die cutting is a little tricky but they managed it. Here's what they came up with to thank their favorite friend. No surprise they picked the Cat's Meow stamp set from Papertrey Ink as well as the Keep It Simple: Thank You sentiment set, right?  That's Willie (short for Wilhelmina) on the left and Westley on the right.  They colored the images with Copics and Prismacolor pencils. We all think she'll like her card. Okay. I need to get back to the piles of laundry that have accumulated over the past week. Thanks for stopping by!

Papertrey Ink Blog Hop

 Here's my take on today's Papertrey Blog Hop Challenge.
I used the Giga Guide Lines stamp set and created the first stationery note card. I used Versamark & gold embossing powder on Enchanted Evening cardstock. I love the combo of navy and gold. I added some of the gold border tape (from the Make It Market Luxe Letterpress set) on either side of that stamped navy strip.

While I was at it I made an envelope with my Envelope Punch Board (so fun!) and then made an envelope liner for it. This time I just used Versamark to stamp the images on the liner. When that was complete I took a gold leafing pen and ran it around the edge of the cardstock. That gold leaf made the liner look pretty snazzy :-)

While I was at it, I decided to make some clips for my stationery. I used the Clip Bits die to cut up some gold sticker paper (again from the Make it Market Luxe Letterpress set). I also cut the same clips from of PTI's coaster board. Then applied those gold stickers to the top of the coaster board. I took the smaller round & rectangle coaster board die cut bits and stamped them with an oldie-but-goodie stamp from Hampton Arts. It's called The Little Classic Rubber Stamp (has a wooden handle). It's a tiny little stamp - about 3/4". I stamped it using Versamark, clear embossed it then covered it with Enchanted Evening ink. I think they're pretty :-)

I was on a roll so I thought why not keep going?
I took out my Smooth Alphabet Dies and cut my monogram from the same gold sticker paper. I adhered those letters to a piece of cardstock that I'd run through my Herringbone impression plate. Then used some more of that gold tape on the top and bottom of the cardstock strip as well as at the bottom of the notecard

Wait. There's more!
Next card I used the medallion die from the Luxe Letterpress set to cut more of the gold sticker paper. I cut a piece of the blue cardstock, adhered the letter P (Smooth Alphabet again in gold sticker paper) and my notecard was almost finished. I used the gold leafing pen around the edge to complete the card.

Here's a full shot of the notecard with the monogram and gold leafed edge. Very simple but elegant.

I had a few pieces of cardstock stamped with the Giga Guide Lines image so I made that into another notecard. This time there's a letter T (Smooth Alphabet die cut with gold sticker paper again). More gold leafing pen around the edge.

Here's one last shot of everything. Oh I forgot to mention the front of the envelope. You can see it there in the pic - on the left there is a blue stamped image with a gold center. And at the bottom of the photo there is a square stamped image (below the clips)- that's a sticker to seal the envelope.

I don't know about you but I had a ball with this challenge. I can't wait to see what everyone else made.

Ants and French Fries

Just a quick little card.
I got these Clear & Simple Stamps a while back and they've been whispering to me to play with them. It was the sentiment that really sent me over the edge to buy the sentiment set and the images are just so cute.
If an ant could be cute.
I'm not really a fan of ants.
At all.
But I am a fan of french fries.
I stamped them on cardstock and die cut that with those stitched rectangle dies from Lil' Inker Designs.
And the gingham...
Gingham makes me think of picnics.
Picnics make me think of ants.
It's all very logical, oui?

This and that

I have been a busy bee over the last week or so. Although I'm not quite finished with these projects, I thought I'd throw out a preview or two.
Doesn't look like the usual fare, huh?

Christmas in July

It's the last day of July and I was feeling like it would be fun to make a Christmas card. Maybe it's the cool temps we've been having. Or maybe it's this cute stamp set and die: Phrase Play #6 from Papertrey Ink. There are sentiments stamps in the set covering a wide range of occasions - two of them being for the holiday season.
I played around with the set as is and then decided it might be interesting to fill that center area with another stamp- an image or a sentiment of some kind. I looked through my stamp sets and came up with Winter Hills. It took a little masking and adding a line here and there but I like the way it turned out. The sentiment is also from Winter Hills.  I used some reinker to color in the sky and highlight the snow. The house was colored with Prismacolor pencils. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background. Those 3 snowflakes were cut using a Quickutz die I've had for years. I used some Versamark and Holographic embossing powder on them - I think you can see a little bit of the sparkle. And I finished off with some baker's twine.

Welcome to the world baby girl

You're right - the card says "Welcome to the world little angel" but it tis pink and it tis for the newest baby girl in our family. We're two for two this year - two little girls and I couldn't be more excited. This family is jammed packed with boys - and they are precious as can be - so every once in a while, when God sends us a cute little pink bundle - well it's fun (I mean who doesn't like to buy girly baby clothes?)
This child is a grand niece. My husband's nephew's baby. This is their second - first one was a boy (of course LOL!) and, if she is anything like that sweet little boy - well her parents are blessed.
Okay - details. The die is from Papertrey Ink. I used a Cuttlebug embossing folder on that background (my favorite-est ever - swiss dot). It's a shaker card filled with some clear iridescent sequins (I got from Joann's a million years ago i think). They've got just the right sparkle you know?
Okay on with today's show. The weather here in the burg is absolutely gorgeous - it seems more like end-of-September or early-October rather than the end of July. It's actually cool - unheard of in these here parts and I am lovin every second. Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!

Year of Cards - July

Hi there. I'm busy working on some card sets I intend giving for Christmas gifts to family. When I first saw Dawn McVey's Birthday Classics stamps at PTI I thought this would be a perfect gift for each family. I've been getting one set each month since they debuted in February but I hadn't had the chance to begin making the cards until today. As I mentioned the other day we've got a bunch of birthday's in July to celebrate and I needed one more - then I made 8 more for the gifts.
Here's the one I made for a family member. I'd seen a really cute example from Dawn McVey (scroll way down to see it) where she used a stamp from a flower set to create fireworks on her card. I really loved that idea but didn't have that flower set (although I'd love too LOL!). I'd recently been to a stamp store and when you spend a certain amount you can pick a free stamp from a basket. I looked through the basket and found a Memory Box stamp I thought I might use for backgrounds so it came home with me! And when I started these cards I thought it would be perfect to make the fireworks on my cards. Here you'll see I did the fireworks in 3 different embossing powders (silver, red and holographic). The holographic one doesn't show up that well but it is pretty. When I went to create the July cards for my gifts I decided to eliminate that embossing powder - it makes the cards a little more focused - less is more and all that. But I do like how sparkly it is for this card.

Now on to the cards for the Year of Cards sets.
You may think I'm crazy making all these card sets but I think it'll work out pretty well. I'm making one design basically and changing them up slightly with positioning (of elements) and colors. Not one is alike - and we know how I like to do that: my valentines being the prime example. It's a little challenge for me and it keeps the process from getting boring you know? And once you have the basic design the rest is a piece of cake (and we KNOW how much I love cake!)
These really did come together quickly. I like
embossing a lot as well as the assembly line. I didn't take pics of the envelopes but I did a little stamping on those as well (just some stars).
So July is done. I'm going to backtrack and start making the cards for February through June and then continue on through December as I buy each set. January will need to wait til next year :-)

Sorry I'm Late Tag and Ballerina Card

Can you believe it? 3 posts in as many days?
I had mentioned that I've still been making things even though I haven't been posting.
I was talking to my sister earlier today and she mentioned something about a card I'd sent to my niece (her daughter). I went and looked in my photos and sure enough I had taken a pics so I thought I'd share.
I'd made my niece a birthday card (inspired by one made by Nichole Heady) using the Ballerina Beauty stamp set & die from PTI. I'd colored the ballerina to look like my niece (brown hair and dressed in a pink tutu). In the background I'd used a die from Anna Griffin (it is just the most beautiful flourish ever) - I'd glittered up that flourish as this niece is the one who loves all things sparkly! My sister had told me she was going to put the card in a frame to hang in her daughter's room as she'd loved it so much (awww - happy Aunt here).

Now these little packages - were for my niece and my sister. I'd sent them along with the birthday card but they weren't actually birthday presents. Inside were little St. Theresa medals I'd purchased for them in Italy (matching one I'd bought for myself.) St. Theresa is my saint - and my mother's as we share that name. The medals are something we all can wear and think of my mom :-)
Anyway - I made the pillow boxes (using some PTI patterned paper ) on my Silhouette Portrait. The little tags were die cut using the PTI Tag Sale #9 - I love that die.


And the wee little snail? Well it's Tucker from Purple Onion Designs and it is THE cutest thing you ever did see. And Tucker needed to be pink and girly for my niece so I colored him appropriately and added some more glitter.
Too stinkin cute for words! Tucker looks a little more like Tucker-ella, right? Then I tied it all up with a little bit of bakers twine.
Oh and obvi- I just wrote in the "sorry I'm late" - it's a snail... get it?

Kitty Birthday Card

Finally, I got this card to cooperate and upload. This is the card the kitties made for my husband for his birthday (well.... they had a little help ;-))
We used PTI's Cat's Meow stamp set - sooo cute!
The black cat is a dead ringer for our little Westley - he was colored using Prismacolor pencils. The "yellow" cat is supposed to be our sweet little Willie (short for Wilhelmina dontcha know) - who is a beautiful buff colored kitty. We colored her using Copics.
They decided a birthday banner would be cute on their card and we stamped "DAD" using an alpha set (i believe it's an old Hero Arts set). The "happy birthday" is from PTI's Keep it Simple: Birthday. The patterned paper is also from PTI.  Okay - that's all for today. Have a good one!

Hello Birthday Boy

So things are still busy but I thought I'd pop in here real quick and share another birthday card.

I wanted to share another kitty birthday card but perhaps another day when my computer is not making me crazy.

For this card I used the PTI Phrase Play 3 stamps & dies. I also used some PTI Enchanted Evening patterned paper. It's simple but I like it and it was perfect for my son - those masculine cards are tough though, right?
